> Nepheli is a Cypriot software company building Hermeez — an agentic infrastructure intelligence platform. Hermeez maps cloud environments into a living knowledge graph, deploys specialized AI agents for security, compliance, and cost, and lets engineers ask infrastructure questions in plain English. Nepheli was founded by Neofytos Zacharia and Andreas Ttofi.
